A/B tests (prices, sales pages, thumbnails)

To improve its offers, the platform may show some visitors a variant of a course: another price, another title or another thumbnail. The variant is drawn at random, possibly within a segment (new or existing customers, country, device, language), and stays the same for you on all your devices when you are signed in. The price shown is always the price you pay, and no strikethrough price is ever shown for a test price.

If you are not signed in, a “fs_ab” cookie holding a random identifier is set for 180 days, only if you accepted audience measurement. Withdrawing this consent deletes the cookie.

Legal basis: consent for the cookie, legitimate interest for signed-in accounts; you can object by refusing profiling in My account › Privacy. Assignments and measurements are deleted 12 months after each test ends; only aggregated results are kept.
