Business Terms (B2B)

1. Purpose

These terms govern offers for organisations (companies, public bodies, training providers): seats, dedicated catalogue, invoicing on account, progress reports.

2. Orders and invoicing

Prices exclude taxes. Invoices are payable within the period agreed with the organisation; the consumer withdrawal right does not apply to business customers.

3. Seats and users

The organisation appoints its administrators, assigns and reassigns seats, and ensures each employee accepts the Terms of Use. A seat is personal and may not be shared.

4. Personal data

For its employees’ training data, the organisation and the platform define their respective roles in a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28).

5. Training agreement

Where regulations require it, a training agreement is drawn up and signed electronically before the training starts.

6. Term and termination

Business subscriptions run for the term stated in the quote; they may be terminated at renewal with the agreed notice.
