Instructor Terms

1. Purpose

These terms supplement the Terms of Use and govern the relationship between FormaSkills Academy and anyone publishing courses on the platform (the “Instructor”).

2. Content licence

The Instructor grants the platform, worldwide and for the publication period, a non-exclusive licence to reproduce, display, technically adapt (encoding, captions, machine translation, watermarking) and distribute the content to learners, including in subscriptions and business offers.

3. Ownership warranties

The Instructor warrants holding all necessary rights (texts, images, music, software, trademarks) and indemnifies the platform against any third-party claim.

4. Commission and payouts

The platform retains the commission shown in the instructor area. Net earnings are paid out manually, on request, according to the displayed threshold and delays, after the refund period.

5. Quality

The Instructor undertakes to publish accurate, up-to-date content compliant with the moderation charter, and to answer learners within a reasonable time.

6. Termination and content

Either party may end the relationship with thirty days’ notice. Enrolled learners keep the access they acquired for the period stated at purchase; the content is no longer offered for sale.
